The Infineon BSS83PH6327XTAS1 is a P-channel StrongIRFET™ power MOSFET optimized for high-side load switching applications. This device features extremely low on-resistance enabling significant efficiency gains in battery-powered and DC-DC converter circuits. Its logic-level gate drive allows for direct interfacing with microcontrollers without requiring additional gate driver circuitry. The BSS83PH6327XTAS1 boasts a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and a continuous drain current rating of 6.2A. Housed in a compact SOT-23 SMD package, it minimizes board space while delivering substantial power handling capability. This MOSFET exhibits stable performance across a wide operating temperature range of –55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial and automotive environments. The low RDS(on) reduces power dissipation and simplifies thermal management in designs.
