Warranty
All stocked products are backed by a 6 month warranty for form, fit and function. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with our products within 6 months of purchase please contact us with details of the issue and we will either issue replacements or a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
Once the RMA is issued you will have 30 days to return the goods.
On receipt of returned goods a refund will be arranged.
Please note that our standard warranty only applies to stocked products. It does not apply to special order or sourced/brokered products.
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy for unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that goods are returned in unused condition, in appropriate packaging.
We are unable to accept returns if there has been damage in transit.
On receipt of goods, following inspection, a refund will be arranged.
For any unwanted or incorrectly ordered product returned outside of the 14 day return period, returns will be subject to our discretion and there will be a 25% restocking/handling fee applied.
