The SN74HC139D is a high-speed CMOS 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer manufactured by Texas Instruments. This device accepts two binary weighted address inputs (A0, A1) and enables one of four mutually exclusive outputs (Y0–Y3), based on the input code. The SN74HC139D comes in a 16-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package.
This decoder/demultiplexer is commonly used in digital systems for address decoding, memory chip selection, and data routing. Its high speed and low power consumption make it suitable for a variety of logic control and interface applications.
