The MGA-82563-TR1G, manufactured by Avago Technologies, is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) Enhancement-mode pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (E-pHEMT) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for applications within the 100 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range. Housed in a compact 6-lead SOT-363 (SC-70) surface mount package, this amplifier provides a typical gain of 18 dB with a low noise figure of 0.6 dB at 2 GHz. The device operates from a single positive supply voltage, typically 3.3V to 5V, and exhibits excellent linearity performance, characterized by an Output IP3 (OIP3) of +35 dBm.
