The MDBT50Q-1MV2, manufactured by RAYTAC, is a Bluetooth 5 Low Energy (BLE) module incorporating the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840 System-on-Chip (SoC). It supports Bluetooth Mesh networking capabilities and the ANT protocol. The module integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor with a clock speed of 64 MHz, along with 1 MB of Flash memory and 256 KB of RAM. The nRF52840 SoC provides a 2.4 GHz transceiver with a programmable output power up to +8 dBm. It supports data rates of 2 Mbps, 1 Mbps, 500 kbps, and 125 kbps. Peripheral interfaces include SPI, UART, I2C, ADC, and GPIO. The module is designed for applications requiring low power consumption and robust wireless connectivity, such as IoT devices, wearables, and industrial sensors.
