The Texas Instruments LM75AIMM/NOPB is a precision digital temperature sensor in a compact 8-pin SOIC (small outline integrated circuit) package with a lead-free, halogen-free (RoHS compliant) finish. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, offering flexibility in various power domains. The device features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to provide high-resolution temperature readings with a ±0.5°C accuracy over its operating range of -40°C to +125°C.
