The NXP BAV199 is a high-speed switching diode array consisting of two isolated diodes in a single SOT-23 (Surface Mount Device) package, offering significant space savings over discrete implementations. Each diode features a forward voltage of approximately 1V at its rated current, making it suitable for low-voltage applications. Its fast reverse recovery time (typically less than 4ns) allows for efficient switching in high-frequency circuits. The BAV199 has a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) rating of 100V and a continuous forward current (IF) rating of 200mA per diode. The operating temperature range is –65°C to 150°C.
