ATXMEGA16A4U-AU – ATMEL

The ATXMEGA16A4U-AU is a microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the 8/16-bit AVR XMEGA architecture, fabricated by Microchip Technology (formerly Atmel). It features a 16KB in-system self-programmable flash memory for program storage, along with 2KB of SRAM for data and 512 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile data retention. The device operates at a maximum clock frequency of 32 MHz. Peripheral integration includes a 12-channel DMA controller, a multi-channel event system for inter-peripheral communication, and multiple 16-bit timers/counters with PWM capabilities. Analog peripherals consist of a 12-bit ADC with up to 16 single-ended channels and a 12-bit DAC. Communication interfaces include USART, SPI, and I2C modules.
