The ATXMEGA128A3U-MH is a high-performance, low-power 8/16-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. Fabricated on a low-power CMOS process, this device features 128KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 8KB of SRAM, and 4KB of EEPROM. The microcontroller operates at clock speeds up to 32 MHz, delivering performance up to 32 MIPS. Peripheral features include a 12-channel DMA controller, a Peripheral Event System for inter-peripheral signaling without CPU intervention, multiple 16-bit timers/counters with PWM channels, USARTs, SPI interfaces, and a two-wire interface (TWI). Analog peripherals consist of a 12-bit ADC with up to 20 single-ended channels and a 12-bit DAC. The ATXMEGA128A3U-MH is housed in a 64-pin Quad Flat No-leads (QFN) package, providing a compact footprint for embedded applications. It operates over a voltage range of 1.6V to 3.6V.
