ACPL-W21L-000E – AVAGO

The ACPL-W21L-000E is a high-CMR, dual-channel digital optocoupler housed in a 6-pin small outline (SO-6) package. Manufactured by Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), this device provides galvanic isolation of 5 kVrms per UL 1577 for one minute. Each channel incorporates an AlGaAs LED and an integrated high-speed push-pull output stage, enabling direct drive capability for logic gates without requiring external pull-up resistors.
