ACPL-M75L-000E – AVAGO

The ACPL-M75L-000E is a single-channel, high-CMR, push-pull output optocoupler housed in a 5-pin small outline (SO-5) package. Manufactured by Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), it provides galvanic isolation of 3.75 kVrms per UL1577 for one minute. The device features a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a push-pull output stage. The push-pull configuration allows for high-speed operation and improved noise immunity compared to open-collector outputs. Key electrical characteristics include a typical propagation delay of 50 ns, a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of greater than 15 kV/µs, and a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V.
