ACPL-M71T-500E – BROADCOM

The ACPL-M71T-500E is a high-CMR, single-channel optocoupler from Broadcom utilizing a GaAlAs LED input stage optically coupled to a CMOS detector with a push-pull output. This device provides 4 kVrms of reinforced insulation per UL1577 and is housed in a 5-pin small outline (SO-5) package with a 0.4″ lead pitch. The CMOS detector offers a typical propagation delay of 85 ns and a maximum propagation delay skew of 50 ns, enabling high-speed digital isolation. The push-pull output eliminates the need for a pull-up resistor, simplifying circuit design and reducing power consumption.
