ACPL-K71T-000E – AVAGO

The ACPL-K71T-000E is a high-CMR, high-speed optocoupler in an 8-pin small outline (SO) stretched package, utilizing an AlGaAs LED and integrated CMOS detector to achieve galvanic isolation. It provides 5 kVrms of reinforced insulation per UL1577 and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5. The device features a push-pull output stage, enabling high-speed data transmission up to 10 MBd, suitable for digital logic interfacing.
