ACPL-227-500E – AVAGO

The ACPL-227-500E is a dual-channel optocoupler manufactured by AVAGO Technologies, housed in an 8-pin small outline (SO) package. It provides galvanic isolation of up to 3 kVrms for one minute, suitable for applications requiring reinforced insulation. Each channel incorporates an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a silicon phototransistor.
