The STMicroelectronics ULN2068B is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array specifically designed for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and DC motors. This monolithic device comprises eight NPN Darlington pairs, each capable of sinking up to 500mA with a guaranteed output voltage rating of 50V.
