The STMicroelectronics TS555CD is a low-power CMOS timer IC configured in a standard 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package. It offers significantly reduced supply current compared to bipolar 555 timers, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. This device provides stable operation as either an astable multivibrator or monostable multivibrator, generating accurate time delays or oscillation frequencies.
