TLE-7259-2GE – INFINEON

The Infineon TLE-7259-2GE is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed for automotive and industrial applications, offering robust communication at data rates up to 5 Mbit/s. This transceiver features optimized electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance and excellent ESD robustness. The device integrates a CAN Physical Layer compliant with ISO 11898-2:2016, supporting both classical CAN and CAN FD. Its dominant output voltage is rated at 2.0V to 3.0V, with a short-circuit current limitation of typically 85mA. Housed in a space-saving PG-DSO-8 package, the TLE-7259-2GE operates reliably across a wide temperature range of –40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
