SI7006-A20-IMR – SILICON LABS

The SI7006-A20-IMR is a relative humidity and temperature sensor manufactured by Silicon Labs. This device integrates a bandgap temperature sensor and a capacitive relative humidity sensor within a single 6-pin DFN (Dual Flat No-leads) package. It operates on a supply voltage of 3.6V and communicates via a standard I2C serial interface for data retrieval.
