Product Details:
The COTO Technology Red Rock DEMO board facilitates evaluation of the company’s Red Rock series magnetic reed switches. The board provides multiple footprint options, accommodating both surface mount and through-hole versions of select Red Rock switch models. Onboard pull-up resistors, configurable via jumper selection, allow for direct interfacing with a microcontroller or logic analyzer for signal monitoring. The board includes clearly labeled test points for convenient voltage and current measurement during switch actuation. Power is supplied via a standard 0.1-inch header, requiring a user-supplied DC voltage appropriate for the chosen pull-up resistor and interface logic. The DEMO board is primarily intended for laboratory experimentation and prototyping to determine optimal switch placement and magnetic field strength requirements for specific applications. It does not incorporate any active components beyond the pull-up resistors and is not intended for production use.
