Overview

The PC74HCT138T is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS decoder/demultiplexer from PHILIPS. This device accepts three binary weighted address inputs (A0, A1, A2) and, dependent upon these inputs, provides one of eight mutually exclusive active-LOW outputs. The PC74HCT138T is supplied in a 16-pin PDSO (Plastic Dual Small Outline) package.
