OV07930 – OMNIVISION

The OV07930 is a CameraChip™ image sensor manufactured by OMNIVISION Technologies. This device is a highly integrated, low-power CMOS image sensor designed for mobile and embedded imaging applications. It features a 1/5-inch optical format with a 640 x 480 (VGA) active pixel array, employing OMNIVISION’s OmniPixel3-HS™ technology to achieve high sensitivity, low noise, and improved image quality. The OV07930 supports various output formats including YUV422 and processed RGB, and incorporates integrated image processing functions such as automatic exposure control (AEC), automatic white balance (AWB), and automatic black level calibration (ABLC). The sensor operates at a typical frame rate of 30 frames per second at VGA resolution and communicates via a standard digital video port (DVP) interface. Power consumption is minimized through internal voltage regulation and power-down modes, making it suitable for battery-powered devices.
