MT8814AE – MITEL

The MT8814AE from Mitel is an 8×12 analog crosspoint switch array fabricated using a silicon-gate CMOS process. It is housed in a 40-pin dual in-line package (DIP). The device provides a matrix of 96 individually controllable crosspoint switches, each offering bidirectional signal paths with a typical on-resistance of 70 ohms. Control is achieved via a serial interface, allowing for individual switch selection and deselection. The MT8814AE operates from a single 5V power supply and is designed for low power consumption.
