MIC5891YWM – MICREL

The MIC5891YWM, manufactured by Micrel, is a monolithic, high-voltage, high-current bipolar array designed for driving inductive loads. This device integrates eight independent driver channels, each capable of sourcing up to 500mA with a maximum output voltage rating of 80V.
