MIC5016BWM – MICREL

The MIC5016BWM, manufactured by Micrel, is a high-side/low-side gate driver integrated circuit configured in a 16-pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) package. This device is designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-voltage applications. It features independent high-side and low-side driver channels, enabling flexible control of half-bridge or other power topologies.
