Product Details:

The MF10CCWMX/NOPB is a surface-mount, lead-free, common-mode choke designed for high-frequency noise suppression in differential signaling applications. Specifically, it’s optimized for suppressing common-mode noise within the 10MHz to 1GHz frequency range, exhibiting a typical impedance of 10Ω at 100MHz. This component utilizes a ferrite core material resulting in a compact 1005 (2.54 x 1.27mm) package, suitable for high-density PCB layouts. The rated DC current is 100mA, with a maximum operating temperature of +125°C. Its construction incorporates a shielded design minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) radiation. Typical voltage range is ±30V, but careful consideration of peak transient voltages is crucial._x000D_

The MF10CCWMX/NOPB excels in applications requiring high-speed data transmission, such as USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, and other high-bandwidth interfaces where common-mode noise can significantly degrade signal integrity. Its low profile and high impedance at higher frequencies make it particularly advantageous in space-constrained designs. The absence of lead (NOPB) conforms to RoHS compliance requirements. Engineers should note that while its impedance is high at targeted frequencies, it offers minimal inductance at DC, allowing for effective noise filtering without significant DC signal attenuation.
