MC74AC125DG – ON-SEMI

The MC74AC125DG is a high-speed, quad, non-inverting buffer/line driver fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Operating from a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 6.0V, it provides TTL-compatible input thresholds across the entire VCC range. Each of the four independent channels features a 3-state output, controlled by an Output Enable (OE) input. When OE is high, the output is in a high-impedance state, allowing multiple devices to be connected to a common bus. The device exhibits a typical propagation delay of 4.0 ns at 5V, with a maximum output drive capability of 24 mA, suitable for driving heavily loaded buses.
