LTL-52RG – LITE-ON

The LITE-ON LTL-52RG is a through-hole, bi-color LED lamp featuring a red gallium arsenide phosphide (GaAsP) and green gallium phosphide (GaP) die combination. It utilizes a common cathode configuration. The device is housed in a standard T-1 3/4 (5mm) package. Typical forward voltage (Vf) for the red die is 2.0V at 20mA, with a dominant wavelength of 635nm. The green die exhibits a typical Vf of 2.2V at 20mA, and a dominant wavelength of 568nm. Luminous intensity varies depending on the drive current and die selection. The LTL-52RG is a legacy part and, according to the manufacturer’s documentation, is explicitly not compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. It is therefore unsuitable for applications requiring RoHS compliance.
