The Linear Technology LTC2915CTS8#PBF is a high-accuracy voltage monitor and reset generator specifically configured for monitoring two positive supply voltages. It features independently adjustable undervoltage (UV) and overvoltage (OV) thresholds for each monitored rail, allowing for precise fault detection. The device provides a single open-drain RESET output that asserts low when either supply voltage falls below its UV threshold or exceeds its OV threshold. Its typical voltage range is determined by external resistor dividers, enabling flexible threshold programming. The LTC2915CTS8#PBF provides a 5mA current rating for driving optocouplers or other loads. Housed in a compact 8-lead TSOT-23 SMD package, it’s well-suited for space-constrained applications. Its operating temperature range spans –40°C to 85°C. It is commonly used in microprocessor-based systems, power supplies, and industrial control equipment, offering improved system reliability and fault tolerance.
