The LMW78_03-0.5R is a highly efficient, non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module designed to deliver a regulated 3.3V output at 500mA from a wide input voltage range of 9V to 90V DC. Utilizing synchronous rectification topology, this module achieves a peak efficiency of 95%, minimizing power losses and enabling compact thermal management. The device features robust protection mechanisms including over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP), ensuring reliable operation across a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
