LM973AD – STMicroelectronics

The STMicroelectronics LM973AD is a 10-bit, 20 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for low-power, high-performance image acquisition applications. This ADC features a single-ended analog input and provides excellent dynamic performance with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 58 dB. It operates from a single 5V supply, and its digital outputs are TTL/CMOS compatible. The LM973AD provides an output voltage rating of 3.3V, and an output current rating of 8mA. It is available in a 28-pin SOIC SMD package. The operating temperature range is specified from –40°C to 85°C.
