LM10CN – NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR

The National Semiconductor LM10CN is a precision operational amplifier and voltage reference integrated circuit, optimized for single-supply operation. Its unique architecture allows operation down to a single 1.1V supply, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The LM10CN integrates a stable 200mV reference voltage source, accessible via a dedicated pin, which can be used for biasing or comparison. The amplifier section provides a typical output voltage swing of up to 32V, and can deliver a maximum output current of 20mA.
