The Kingbright L-7113P3C is a 5mm (T-1 3/4) package NPN silicon phototransistor. It exhibits spectral sensitivity matched to visible and near-infrared wavelengths, peaking around 880nm, making it suitable for applications using GaAs or AlGaAs LEDs. The device features a narrow acceptance angle, typically ±24 degrees, providing focused detection and improved signal-to-noise ratio in targeted sensing applications.
