IRFH5020PBF – INFINEON

The Infineon IRFH5020PBF is a 55V N-channel StrongIRFET™ power MOSFET optimized for high-frequency synchronous buck converter applications. This device boasts an exceptionally low gate charge (Qg) and on-resistance (RDS(on) = 4.0 mΩ typical at VGS = 10V), minimizing switching and conduction losses for improved efficiency. The IRFH5020PBF can handle a continuous drain current of 70A at a case temperature of 25°C, making it suitable for high-current, low-voltage power delivery. Packaged in a space-saving 5x6mm PQFN, it facilitates high power density designs. It operates reliably across an operating temperature range of –55°C to 175°C. Common use cases include synchronous rectification in DC-DC converters, motor control, and OR-ing applications. Its low RDS(on) reduces power dissipation and simplifies thermal management, enhancing overall system performance.
