Linear Optocoupler / Optoisolator
Stock Quantity: 0
The IL300-C is a high-linearity analog optocoupler manufactured by Siemens, originally designed in 2004. This device utilizes a GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode (LED) optically coupled to a high-stability silicon photodiode and a linear amplifier. The optocoupler provides galvanic isolation between the input and output circuits, enabling accurate transfer of analog signals. Key specifications include a typical input current range of 0-10mA, a transfer gain stability of typically 0.01%/°C, and a high isolation voltage, typically 3750 VRMS. The IL300-C’s linearity is achieved through a feedback configuration, minimizing non-linear distortion. As a product designed in 2004, it does not conform to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. Therefore, lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) may be present in its construction.
