The TDK HVC4223F-B6 is a single-chip flex servo-drive IC designed for brushless DC motor control in automotive applications. It integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller core with embedded flash memory and SRAM, enabling complex control algorithms to be implemented directly on the chip. The device features six integrated MOSFET gate drivers capable of driving external N-channel MOSFETs in a three-phase bridge configuration, supporting motor voltages up to 42V.
