HER207 – HY ELECTRONIC CORP

The HER207 is a high-efficiency rectifier diode fabricated using planar passivated silicon junction technology. Encapsulated in a standard 2-pin DO-15 package, this device is designed for applications requiring fast switching speeds and low forward voltage drop. The HER207 features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800V and a continuous forward current (IF) rating of 2A. Its high surge current capability (IFSM), typically around 50A for a single half-sine wave, makes it suitable for inductive load applications. The device exhibits a typical reverse recovery time (trr) of less than 75ns, contributing to its high-efficiency performance in switching power supplies, inverters, and freewheeling diode circuits. The operating junction temperature range is typically -65°C to +175°C.
