HCPL3020-000E – AVAGO

The HCPL-3020-000E is a single-channel, 3.75 kVrms isolation voltage, gate driver optocoupler housed in an 8-pin dual inline package (DIP). It utilizes an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This device is designed for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs with gate charge up to approximately 0.5 nC at a VCC of 15V.
