HCPL-5700 – BROADCOM

The HCPL-5700 is a high-reliability, single-channel optocoupler utilizing a GaAsP LED optically coupled to a silicon Darlington phototransistor. It is housed in an 8-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) and provides 500 V of galvanic isolation between the input and output circuitry. The device is designed for DC input signals and features a high current transfer ratio (CTR), enabling efficient signal transfer with low input current.
