HCPL-0600-000E – AVAGO

The HCPL-0600-000E is a single-channel, high-speed optocoupler manufactured by Avago Technologies, utilizing an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain photodetector. It is housed in an 8-pin small outline (SO) wide-body package with extended creepage and clearance, providing 3.75 kVrms of reinforced insulation per UL1577 and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5. The output is an open-collector configuration, enabling versatile logic interfacing and the ability to implement wired-OR functionality.
