H11L1S(TA) – EVERLIGHT

The EVERLIGHT H11L1S(TA) is a single-channel, surface-mount optoisolator housed in a 6-SMD package. It incorporates a gallium arsenide (GaAs) infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to a high-gain integrated photodetector. The photodetector features an open-collector output, enabling direct interface with various logic families and providing flexibility in circuit design. The device offers a high isolation voltage of 5kVrms, ensuring robust electrical isolation between the input and output circuits. Key electrical characteristics include a typical current transfer ratio (CTR) of 19% at an input current (IF) of 10mA and a supply voltage (VCC) of 5V. The H11L1S(TA) is designed for applications requiring high isolation and signal transfer, such as digital logic isolation, ground loop elimination, and power supply control. Its open-collector output allows for wired-OR configurations and voltage level translation.
