Product Details:

The EM6325CXSP5B-3.1+ is an ultra-low power voltage supervisory circuit manufactured by EM Microelectronic-Marin SA. It provides a precise reset signal during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. The device features a factory-trimmed threshold voltage of 3.1V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1.5% over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The open-drain output requires a pull-up resistor and is active-low, asserting when the monitored voltage falls below the threshold. Hysteresis is implemented to prevent oscillations near the threshold voltage. The EM6325CXSP5B-3.1+ consumes minimal quiescent current, typically in the nanoampere range, making it suitable for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications. It is available in a small SOT-23 package.
