The EM500 is a high-precision, low-noise, digitally controlled voltage regulator specifically designed for high-speed data acquisition systems. It operates within a 3.3V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides a highly stable 1.8V output with a maximum output current of 500mA. The output voltage ripple is <5µVrms, ensuring minimal noise interference with sensitive analog signals. Its unique architecture utilizes a delta-sigma modulator for precise voltage regulation and incorporates a low-dropout (LDO) regulator for efficient power conversion even at low input voltages._x000D_ _x000D_ Packaged in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package, the EM500 boasts exceptional transient response characteristics with a settling time of <1µs to 0.1% accuracy. Its integrated over-temperature and over-current protection mechanisms enhance system reliability.
