This device comprises two independent 30A rectifier diodes within a single TO-247AD package, facilitating efficient heat dissipation. Each diode exhibits a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) rating of 600V, making it suitable for applications involving substantial voltage transients. The forward voltage drop (VF) is typically 1.4V at the rated forward current. The device features a fast recovery time (trr) of approximately 35ns, minimizing switching losses and enabling operation at higher frequencies. Its robust construction and high surge current capability (IFSM) of 300A per diode make it appropriate for use in switch-mode power supplies, motor drives, and other power conversion circuits requiring reliable and efficient rectification.
