Product Details:

The Maxim Integrated DS3231SN#TR is a low-power, temperature-compensated real-time clock (RTC) with integrated crystal oscillator and EEPROM. This surface-mount device (SMD) provides highly accurate timekeeping, typically within ±2ppm from 0°C to +40°C, and ±3.5ppm over the extended –40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The device outputs a square wave at a user-selectable frequency and provides alarm interrupts. The open-drain SQW/INT output is rated for a 3V Voltage Rating and 3mA Current Rating, suitable for driving low-power microcontrollers. The DS3231SN#TR is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package and is commonly used in applications requiring precise timekeeping, such as data loggers, industrial control systems, and battery-powered devices.
