The Maxim Integrated DS18520+ is a 256K-bit EEPROM with integrated real-time clock (RTC) and 1-Wire interface, offering non-volatile storage and precise timekeeping in a single package. This device features a 1.8V to 3.6V operating voltage range for the RTC and EEPROM, while the output provides a 3.3V Voltage Rating and a 10mA Current Rating for driving external loads. Encased in an 8-pin SOIC Package Type, it’s well-suited for surface-mount applications. The DS18520+ supports an Operating Temperature Range of –40°C to +85°C, making it robust for industrial environments.
