Product Details:
The KINGBRIGHT DLC/6ID is a 20mm diameter, through-hole, red (λp = 660nm, typical) LED array module. It comprises six individual LEDs arranged in a circular pattern on a common substrate. The device utilizes a standard 12-pin configuration, with pin assignments facilitating both series and parallel connection of the individual LED elements. Forward voltage characteristics are typically 2.0V to 2.5V per LED at a forward current of 20mA, with a maximum forward current rating of 30mA per LED. Luminous intensity is specified at 50-80 mcd per LED at 20mA. Thermal resistance from junction to lead is approximately 40°C/W. The package is constructed from a high-temperature epoxy resin suitable for wave soldering processes, with a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for 5 seconds.
