DG309DY – SILICONIX

The DG309DY from Siliconix is a precision, quad, single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally-closed analog switch integrated circuit fabricated in a 16-SOIC package. Each of the four independent switch channels exhibits a typical on-resistance (R_DS(on)) of 85 ohms, optimized for low distortion signal switching applications. The device operates from a dual ±5V to ±15V supply or a single +5V to +30V supply, controlled by TTL-compatible logic inputs. The DG309DY features break-before-make switching action to prevent momentary shorting of the signal path during switching transitions. Its low charge injection and fast switching speeds (t_on and t_off in the tens of nanoseconds) make it suitable for applications requiring high-speed, low-error signal routing, such as data acquisition systems, audio signal processing, and automatic test equipment.
