The CMX865AE4 from CML Microcircuits is a low-power, single-chip combo device integrating a DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) codec and FSK (Frequency-Shift Keying) modem. Functionally, it encodes and decodes DTMF signals according to ITU-T Recommendation Q.23, and modulates/demodulates FSK data.
