The CD74HC08M is a quad 2-input AND gate fabricated using high-speed silicon gate CMOS technology. It operates from a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, exhibiting a typical quiescent current of 2µA and propagation delay of 8ns at 5V. The device is characterized for operation across the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Each AND gate within the CD74HC08M performs the Boolean function Y = A * B. The inputs are TTL compatible, offering high noise immunity. The output drive capability is specified as 4 LSTTL loads. The device is supplied in a 14-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package, providing a compact footprint for surface mount assembly.
