CD74HC154EN – HARRIS

The CD74HC154EN, manufactured by HARRIS, is a high-speed CMOS 4-line to 16-line decoder/demultiplexer integrated circuit fabricated in a 24-pin plastic dual in-line package (PDIP). This device accepts four binary address inputs (A0-A3) and selectively activates one of its sixteen mutually exclusive active-LOW outputs (Y0-Y15) based on the applied address. An active-LOW strobe input (G1, G2) enables the device; both strobe inputs must be LOW for proper decoding. When either strobe input is HIGH, all outputs are forced HIGH. The device operates within a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, exhibiting typical propagation delays of approximately 13ns at 5V.
